"All I get back is a letter saying 'I'm sorry you don't assume the session was transparent'. There wasn't any! I can't discover one resident within the space who knew something about it.

Residents stated the centre was initially planned to be a creche however they now should cope with screaming teenagers.

It comes as a couple won the support of their local council after a neighbour allegedly complained concerning the Loopy Frog mural on their wall.
