Brandi Glanville continues to take fans along on her battle against an aggressive facial parasite, with the latest development looking good for the reality TV star.

On Sunday, the *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* alum shared a photo to her Instagram of her alongside her plastic surgeon, who helped her gear up to attend the Saturday screening of the documentary *Side Effects May Include: The Hidden Costs of Prescription Drugs*, produced by Rachel Strauss. The screening was hosted at Kemo Sabe in Park City, Utah.

In the caption of the post thanking her surgeon, Glanville alluded to having underwent CellSound, a cosmetic procedure that claims to "use regenerative ultrasound and ElectroSonic Resonance to smooth texture, lift lax skin, add volume, and reduce fat all with zero downtime."

"Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe," Glanville captioned her post.

Glanville previously mentioned Nikolov in December 2024, when she told *Entertainment Tonight* that she spent upwards of $70,000 trying to address the facial "parasite."

The glimpse at her new look is the latest Glanville has shared as she's been chronicling her battle against the facial parasite since 2024, which she's said she contracted back in July 2023 while filming a season of Bravo's *Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip* in Morocco. Glanville claimed that the parasite may have come from consuming food that was improperly stored while shooting *Ultimate Girls Trip*.

"We had food sitting out for hours on end and some of it was meat," she claimed in December 2024. "Six months after I got back from Morocco, I started having this speaking thing and the swelling up thing. It started in July and we're still here trying to figure it out."

Last February, Glanville shouted out Terry Dubrow, the celebrity plastic surgeon and husband of *Real Housewives of Orange County *star Heather Dubrow, who Glanville enlisted to help diagnose and cure her facial woes, and vowed to "shake for the rest of my life if this thing gets out of my body."

At the time, the reality star revealed that Dubrow "took four tiny [biopsies] from my face and neck so we can continue to get better."

In the years since revealing her struggle, Glanville has not shared any specific diagnosis, but she has shared that she's been working with multiple doctors and dentists to try and treat the issue. Some home remedies have left the reality star feeling worse than before, but she remains hopeful.**
