STEPHEN A. Smith has hit back at Dan Orlovsky – after being questioned about his continued absence from the First Take studio.

Stephen A. jetted out to the West Coast in December to shoot for ABC soap General Hospital.
The sportscaster has played a recurring role in the daytime TV series since 2016.
Orlovsky was quick to question why Smith had still not returned from his Los Angeles adventure to New York during Thursday's First Take.
Sitting in Smith's normal chair within the Massive Apple, he asked host Molly Qerim, "Did Stephen A. transfer to Los Angeles?"
Molly was quick to defend her colleague of just about a decade.
She replied, "No, it's because of the NBA. They're doing it out of there, there's all these things happening.
"He has a residence there however he truly needs to be out there for work."
Stephen A. had been sitting immobile throughout the dialog.
But he lastly leaped in, saying, "All you had to do was ask the query my brother.
"You ain't received to go on nationwide tv and speculate once I'm sitting right here.
"It just goes to point out, you weren't in the fact. You just needed to throw some stuff out there."
The pair continued to travel earlier than an exasperated Molly lastly minimize in.
She sighed, "Actually, that is how we're beginning?"
On Wednesday, First Take also acquired off to a rocky start when Marcus Spears was hit by technical difficulties.
