THE tragic ultimate phonecall made by a dad earlier than he was found lifeless alongside his two youngsters and his sister-in-law have been revealed.

The Unbiased Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) is now investigating Norfolk Police after it emerged they did not ship officers to the house in Costessey when Bartlomiej referred to as 999.
Officers as an alternative went to the home the place the tragic discovery was made when a dog walker raised considerations an hour later.
The small print of the dad's 999 name have now been revealed by the police watchdog.
It stated: "During that call the man expressed considerations for his own mental state saying he was confused.
"He was advised to seek medical recommendation and police didn't attend.
"At round 7am the pressure acquired a name from a canine walker concerned for the welfare of those inside the residence.
"Officers attended shortly after and, tragically, discovered the man, a lady and two youngsters lifeless."
The horror unfolded on Friday morning when police pressured their means into the property.
Bartlomiej died from a single stab wound to the neck, whereas Kanticha suffered multiple knife injuries to her neck.
A submit mortem on the two younger women can be carried out tomorrow.
