POLICE investigating a quadruple fatality have launched a evaluate after four individuals – including two little women – have been found lifeless following a 999 call being ignored.
The bodies of Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, his daughters Jasmin, 12, and Downreuang, 7, were tragically found at a Costessey, house in Norwich on Friday.
