Chris Young revealed his stepfather, Michael Harris suffered a heart attack on the same day he was set to perform a scheduled concert over the weekend. On Sunday, following his performance in Greeley, Colorado, the country music star penned an emotional Instagram post, in which he thanked fans for their unwavering support and expressed relief that his stepdad was on the road to recovery . 'I don't even have the words… on a day where my dad had a heart attack you lifted me up,' he told his fans.
