A gruesome cell phone video captured the moment an alleged member of the Sinaloa Cartel instructed one of his accomplices to shoot at his rivals, who were already dead, inside a dump truck in southern Mexico state of Chiapas. The footage, leaked by the criminal organization itself last Friday, showed 14 bodies lying on top of each other following a gun battle in the town of La Concordia, 98 miles from the border with Guatemala.
