A carpet cleaner has furiously slammed one of his own customers after she complained about his work and demanded a full refund. Kvontay Devon, from Jackson, Mississippi, regularly takes to TikTok to share the results of his deep-cleaning efforts in clients' cars and homes. But, more recently, he candidly shared the exchange he had with one disgruntled customer who wanted him to return his $200 fee for cleaning four rooms.
