When former Trump White House advisor Steve Bannon reports to prison on Monday after a legal battle, he will step inside a low security federal lockup with a satellite camp and a bakery. Although Bannon fought mightily to stay out of prison – bringing an appeal to the Supreme Court – the facility where he will begin his four-month sentence is considered desirable for inmates facing federal lockup. Ghislaine Maxwell tried to serve her 20-year sentence there when she was convicted of aiding Jeffrey Epstein in trafficking in underage girls.
