Pizza Hut is hiring a "Hut Crust Connoisseur"

A new dream job just dropped!
Pizza Hut announced March 11 that it's seeking out a Hut Crust Connoisseur — a.k.a. a professional pizza crust tester — who is "dedicated to tasting and reviewing Pizza Hut's iconic crusts," the restaurant shared in a press release.
"You eat your crust. You eat your friend's crust. You'd eat a stranger's crust if it wasn't 'weird,'" Pizza Hut wrote on its application page. "We want you."
If free Pizza Hut crust isn't enough incentive to apply for the job, the pizza chain is also offering its Hut Crust Connoisseur $31,415.92 (a nod to Pi Day, coming up on March 14) and free pizza for one year in exchange for their services.
Additional perks to the job include "saying, 'I can't, I'm working' while eating pizza" and "formal recognition that your opinions are correct," per the application page.

The new position is part of the brand's new Hut Crust platform, which offers customers a $10 three-topping pizza, availabel in three of the restaurant's classic crusts: the Hand Tossed, Tavern Style, or Thin 'N Crispy. The "new and improved" Hand Tossed will feature a new Garlic-Parm Hut Blend, which marks the recipe's first change in more than a decade.
The Hut Crust Connoisseur will act as "the official guardian of the Hut Crust Platform," per the release.
To apply, crust aficionados should not submit a resume, but instead craft a "crust manifesto." Pizza Hut urges crust lovers to try their new Hand Tossed recipe, film their review, post the footage to Instagram with the hashtag #PizzaHut_Contest and mention the role, Hut Crust Connoisseur. As the final step, prospective crust reviewers should copy the link to their post and submit it on www.pizzahutcrust.com as an official application for the job.
