March 12 (Reuters) - Anthropic asked a U.S. appeals court on Wednesday for a stay of the Pentagon's designation of the company as a supply-chain risk under a broader law, pending judicial review of the case.
In a filing with the U.S. Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Anthropic said the Pentagon's decision would cause the company "irreparable harm."

Anthropic has also filed a lawsuit in a California federal court to block the Pentagon from placing it on a national security blacklist.
