The singer and actress, 26, told PEOPLE at the 56th Annual NAACP Image Awards at the Pasadena Convention Center in California that her sister Halle Bailey's baby son is already musically inclined. "He's singing, he's dancing a lot to 'Gracie's Corner,' " Chloe said, referencing the hit kids program on YouTube. "He's making beats in his kids' beats machine."
