A 'hot felon 2.0' set the internet ablaze after he and another Wisconsin man sent cops on an armed chase for nearly 38 miles. Malik Harrell, 23, and Stephon Mosby, 22, were arrested and charged in connection to a wild police chase that led to a tactical situation last week in Milwaukee.
