American Airlines CEO Robert Isom has issued a heartfelt message to family members whose loved ones were onboard a passenger flight that crashed with a military helicopter Wednesday night. Up to 18 fatalities have been reported following the collision at Reagan International Airport in Washington DC just before 9pm, with emergency responders scouring the Potomac River to find and rescue any survivors. 'First and most importantly, I'd like to express our deep sorrow about these events,' Isom said in a video posted to social media.
