Now, Theobald is arguing that Halls manipulated group HOA guidelines, generally known as covenants, circumstances, and restrictions (CC&Rs), to cover their tracks.
"This is Mr. Theobald's most absurd and unhinged claim yet," Gerry informed native public radio station KPCW.
"It's merely one other chapter in his conspiracy concept tirade he's been on for the last three years.
"It's egregious and audacious," Theobald informed KPCW.
"It's very special, sensitive land."
The indignant neighbor claims the Halls disrupted delicate wetlands, planted timber that blocked regulated viewsheds, and built a scorching tub with out the right allow.
Corridor's lawyer and the town claim the appliance for the $1 million residence rework was submitted, accredited, and paid for with out opposition greater than two years ago.
Theobold submitted a grievance a yr later in opposition to their renovation.
He also claims Hall used her authority on the planning fee to loosen guidelines around scorching tub and spa permits, to keep her house renovation in line.
Halls has not commented on Theobald's accusations.
Gerry, nevertheless, claims the HOA rule modifications have been made months before they started renovating their house.
"Our HOA amended the CC&Rs by unanimous consent of the HOA members and not anybody individual," stated Gerry.
