A DAD has been found responsible of killing his six-month-old son – after claiming he found the infant "floppy and not respiration".

His father David Hollick, 29, has at this time been discovered responsible of manslaughter following Kairo's dying.

Hollick had taken Kairo to Walsall Manor Hospital within the early hours of February 9, 2020.

The Walsall dad advised doctors that he had found Kairo "floppy and not respiration".

He added that he had shaken his child son in a failed bid to revive him.

Docs found a bleed on Kairo's brain and transferred him to the Youngsters's Hospital in nearby Birmingham.

They found the complete extent of his injuries – which weren't survivable.

The medics made the heartbreaking determination to show off Kairo's life help.

A autopsy confirmed that Kairo had suffered two complicated cranium fractures leading to catastrophic mind damage.

The skull fractures and another fracture to Kairo's arm have been found to have been brought on by blunt pressured trauma.

Hollick refused to elucidate Kairo's horrific accidents – denying any legal involvement within the child's death.

But he has now been discovered responsible of killing his son after a three-week trial at Birmingham Crown Court.

The dad had pleaded not responsible to manslaughter and informed the courtroom he had fallen with Kairo in his arms.

'DEFENCELESS'

Kairo's mother did not reside with Hollick at the time of the infant's demise.

In a press release, she stated: "It has been 4 years since we lost Kairo and our hearts are still as damaged as the day he was so cruelly taken from us.

"He deserved to be protected in the care of his father and he deserved to still be right here at the moment.

"We are devastated to study of the sheer brutality inflicted on Kairo and it'll hang-out our family for the rest of our days.

"Kai was the light of our lives and the embodiment of innocence and without him we are damaged.&

"We hope now in any case of this time that he can lastly relaxation. We'll grieve him ceaselessly.&

"We want to send because of medical employees at each Walsall Manor Hospital and Birmingham Youngsters's ICU for caring for Kairo with such dignity and respect in his ultimate days.&
