Disney is gearing up for awards season by serving as host for a For Your Consideration Fest for some of the cast and crew of the series Star Wars: Ahsoka. The event, which was held at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles, featured a couple of the leading ladies for the Disney + series, Rosario Dawson and co-star Natasha Liu Bordizzo. The series, which is a spin-off from The Mandalorian (2019-present), takes place in the same timeframe as that series and its other interconnected spin-offs following the events of one of the original three films, Return of the Jedi (1983).
