Love Island contestant Patsy Field has revealed how she worked with ITV bosses to adapt the show for her disability. The office administrator, 29, has previously shared details of living with disability Erb's palsy - a condition characterized by weakness and loss of motion in the arm - which she developed during her traumatic birth at Lewisham hospital. She has undergone several operations on her arm including muscle transplants and nerve transplants to improve the quality of her movement.
