"A single mom who works two jobs, who loves her kids, and never stops" just reunited with her long-lost TV daughter.

Nineteen years since Reba went off the air, Reba McEntire is once again sharing the small screen with JoAnna Garcia Swisher, who played her eldest child Cheyenne for six seasons on the popular sitcom.

The 46-year-old actress guest stars on the March 13 episode of McEntire's NBC comedy Happy's Place as Kenzie, an influencer hired to promote the eponymous Tennessee bar on social media — and their first scene together playfully nods at their TV family bond.

"Whoa, you could be my daughter," remarks McEntire's character Bobbie, the owner of Happy's Place, when she meets Kenzie.

The guest role reunites Garcia Swisher not only with McEntire but also Reba's Melissa Peterman, who plays Gabby, a bartender at Happy's Place. And the trio picked up right where they left off nearly two decades ago.

"It's like riding a bicycle, we just fell right back into it," McEntire gushed to Entertainment Tonight. "We just had such a great time on the Reba show, and for Jo to join Mel and me again here on Happy's Place is just icing on the cake."

Garcia Swisher, who stars on her own show, Netflix's Sweet Magnolias, got emotional talking about what it was like reconnecting with McEntire and Peterman.

"It's been beautiful," she said in the same interview. "It's really been very heartwarming … coming back, it's family."

And it wouldn't be complete without her TV husband, Steve Howey, Reba's affable goof Van Montgomery.

"We might have crank called [him]," Peterman admitted. "We've annoyed Steve Howey so much these last few days," added Garcia Swisher. "He's like, 'I never want you guys to spend this much time together.'"

Howey also guest starred on Happy's Place in its first season, playing Danny, a wealthy businessman who Gabby meets at a dog park. Hilarity ensued when she pretended to be Bobbie in an effort to impress him — until Danny shows up at the bar.

Happy's Place may not be the last place Reba fans see the three actresses together on screen.

Garcia Swisher hopes McEntire and Peterman will one day appear on Sweet Magnolias. "We'd love to," McEntire agreed.

Tyler Cameron and Tayshia Adams tell PEOPLE how they feel about being judges of HGTV's new show, Bachelor Mansion Takeover, where alums renovate the iconic house for a $100,000 prize

Reflecting on his personal growth since his time on Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette, Cameron jokes that he hopes to "bury" that relationship with the home's renovations

New episodes of Bachelor Mansion Takeover air Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on HGTV

Tyler Cameron is ready to officially put the past behind him as the Bachelor mansion undergoes some changes.

In HGTV's new series, Bachelor Mansion Takeover, Bachelor Nation alums renovate the famous California house across six episodes, with the winner taking home a $100,000 cash prize. Cameron and Tayshia Adams serve as the judges during the competition, and they tell PEOPLE it is a "dream come true" to be back to witness its transformation.

"It was an exciting time," Adams, 35, says. "I feel like there's so many things that you think about the mansion of how iconic it is and what makes it what it is today, but to be able to put a little fun twist and give it a facelift, this was definitely the job we've kind of dreamed about."

Cameron, 33, quips that "you didn't even need to make a checklist [of what to fix]," joking that it would be easier to "just write everything, because everything needed to be fixed."

The mansion holds a lot of memories for them both. Adams lived there as a contestant on season 23 of The Bachelor and later became the lead on season 16 of The Bachelorette, although it filmed at a different location.

"It's really unfortunate for me because I didn't actually have my Bachelorette season here — I think it would have been really different had I," she explains. "But I just wanted to leave a good mark on the Rose Room, because I feel like that room in itself has so much tension and it's just so stressful. Now it feels super comfortable and very homey. So hopefully that eases people's tension next time."

Cameron first set foot in the mansion seven years ago, when he appeared on Hannah Brown's season 15 of The Bachelorette, ultimately ending his dramatic journey as the runner-up. Returning now, Cameron notes that he is in a different place in his life, and the renovations symbolize that in some ways.

"Something I wanted to bury was, I guess, my relationship," he admits. "It's over. New perspective."

"But something I'm really excited for is just the new life that has come into this," Cameron adds. "There's going to be great relationships to come out of this house now, and we can say we have a small little piece of that."

Home improvement is an area of expertise for Cameron, who runs a construction business called Image One Construction in his hometown of Jupiter, Fla. In 2024, it was featured in his series, Going Home with Tyler Cameron, during which he renovated Jupiter homes while also restoring his late mother's house.

He also joined Owning Manhattan star Ryan Serhant's eponymous brokerage, SERHANT, as a real estate agent in July, PEOPLE previously confirmed.

Adams has a passion for design as well. In 2023, she even offered PEOPLE an inside look at her New York City apartment, where she revealed how she brought to life her vision for a modern, feminine space.

"My style is very clean, sophisticated, but I like a little bit of edge to it," she shared at the time.

Chadwick Boseman's widow Simone Ledward-Boseman shared the acceptance speech she would have read at the 2021 Oscars had her late husband won Best Actor for Ma Rainey's Black Bottom

Anthony Hopkins won that year's award for The Father over Chadwick, who died at 43 in 2020

Best Actor was notably announced as the final award of that year's ceremony; Hopkins did not attend due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Chadwick Boseman's widow Simone Ledward-Boseman is sharing the speech she would have read at the Academy Awards had her late husband received a posthumous Best Actor award at the 2021 Oscars for the movie Ma Rainey's Black Bottom.

Ledward-Boseman, who was romantically connected to the actor starting in 2015 and married him before his death at 43 in 2020, shared the speech in The Hollywood Reporter's oral history of the 2021 Oscars five years later, published on Friday, March 13.

Anthony Hopkins famously won that year's award, which was handed out at the very end of the ceremony, despite many expecting that the Film Academy had saved one last moment to honor Boseman.

"It says: I will never stop thanking God for you. Thank you to the most high God. Thank you, Carolyn and Leroy Boseman [Chadwick's parents], and your mothers, and your mothers' mothers. What purity. What honesty. What pain. What a role. What work," Ledward-Boseman's speech, which she told the outlet she found on her computer, read. "What beautiful, intricate humanity. What courage, bravery, fearlessness, honesty, commitment, humanity, strength. A spirit that refused to surrender to despair. What an actor. What an artist. What a cast. What a team. What a vision. Glory be to the most high God. Long live the King."

THR's new oral history on that year's Academy Awards, the first ceremony after the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020, features quotes from interviews with more than 40 people, including filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, who produced that year's Oscars ceremony along with Jesse Collins and Stacey Sher. In the piece, Soderbergh, 63, explained that the Best Actor award was moved to the ceremony's end because they felt "there was nowhere to go after" a potential Boseman win and his widow appearing onstage to accept on his behalf.

"I'm going to just spill all secrets. Everything we did was about kindness. Chadwick Boseman's widow was coming in. She didn't go to any other shows. We had a special camper for her that she could be in so that she didn't have to sit in the room," Sher added. "The idea was that if it was before best picture, and Chadwick lost, she'd have to sit through to the end, and we didn't want to put her in that position. It was actually done to be as kind to her as possible and keep her in the room for the least amount of time that she had to be because it was a brave and intense thing for her to be dealing with her grief publicly."

Ledward-Boseman most recently appeared in public to honor Chadwick at his Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony in November. She admitted that her husband losing out on Best Actor that year felt "maybe more than a little uncomfortable" when the ceremony ended moments after Hopkins, who did not travel to attend the ceremony while the pandemic still raged, won the award. (THR also reported that Hopkins was told he could not join the telecast remotely or pre-tape an acceptance speech.)

"But to be nominated for best actor is still an incredible accomplishment and is still recognition of his work," she added. "I don't think that it was the intention of the producers for it to be uncomfortable … Looking back, it would have been better if Best Picture was last. It would've been a nice reset before the end of the night to have another celebratory moment, for someone that was hopefully able to walk up onstage and accept the award and give a speech and all of that."

Zendaya, Whitney Houston, and Carrie Bradshaw are the new holy trinity.

The *Euphoria* star rocked a stunning off-the-shoulder white minidress adorned with giant silver-and-gold hibiscus appliqués when she stepped out for the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Though the dress — designed by Ohio native Eugene Stutzman (who has also worked under the name Eugene Alexander), per *ELLE* — will be a memorable one for Zendaya's anthology of stunning ensembles, it's not the first time it's been worn by a celebrity.

In the opening credits of the 2008 movie *Sex and The City: The Movie*, Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw wore the dress while walking the streets of New York.

Houston, meanwhile, rocked the minidress for a 1987 album promo shoot two decades earlier. An image of her in the outfit wound up on the cover of *LIFE*, commemorating the life and career of the legendary singer, who died in 2012 at 48.

Less than two weeks before, Law Roach claimed that Zendaya had gotten married to her fiancé Tom Holland.

"The wedding has already happened," he said on the red carpet at the 2026 Actors Awards on March 1. "You missed it!"

When pressed for more information, the stylist simply said, "It's very true. Thank you so much!"

Zendaya previously sported an all-white look at Paris Fashion week at the Louis Vuitton show on Tuesday, March 10. While posing for photos outside of the Louvre Museum, some noticed what appeared to be a thin gold wedding band on *that *finger, while her engagement ring wasn't worn.

The gold band was also spotted on March 5 in promotional photos for *The Drama*, an upcoming wedding-centric movie Zendaya stars in with Robert Pattinson. In these pictures, however, her engagement ring is present.

NEW YORK (AP) — More than 30 states will resume their antitrust trial against Live Nation and Ticketmaster on Monday after negotiations this week failed to result in many states joining a tentative settlement reached by the Justice Department.

Lawyers told the judge Friday at a hearing in New York that seven states — Arkansas, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina and South Dakota, all of which of Republican attorneys general — were joining the Justice Department in settling with the live music giant.

The other 32 states plan to continue trying to convince a jury that Live Nation Entertainment and its ticketing subsidiary, Ticketmaster, are squelching competition and driving up prices for fans. They say this was done through threats, retaliation and other tactics to control virtually every aspect of the industry, from concert promotion to ticketing.

The companies say they do not monopolize their industry and that artists, sports teams and venues set prices and decide how tickets are sold.

A jury had already begun hearing testimony in the trial when the U.S. Justice Department, which had taken the lead in suing Live Nation, said it had reached a deal with the company that would save the public money by letting competitors of Live Nation into some ticket markets where they are currently excluded.

Many states criticized the deal, saying the federal government failed to get enough concessions from the company.

Testimony was put on hold for a week for more settlement negotiations, but with no breakthrough in sight, Judge Arun Subramanian said Friday the trial would resume.

The judge also ruled against Live Nation's objection to trial exhibits in which a company employee several years ago tells another worker that the prices Live Nation charges to access the VIP area of a Tampa, Florida, amphitheater are "outrageous," that customers paying the fees "are so stupid" and that "I almost feel bad taking advantage of them" before writing, "BAHAHAHAHAHA."

Live Nation had argued against their inclusion in the trial, saying the employees were making "passing references to non-ticket ancillary products — such as VIP club access, premier parking, or lawn chair rentals — sold to concertgoers at two amphitheaters" in Florida and Virginia.

The judge said the overall fan experience is relevant to the relationship between performers and their customers and some artists might not want to perform if fans were being charged too much for lawn chairs or other amenities.

Subramanian said it was no different than the harm that might occur to the film industry if movie theaters began charging $50 for concessions such as soda, candy and popcorn.

At a hearing on Tuesday, Live Nation attorney Dan Wall told the judge that the chance all states would settle their claims this week was "about zero."

Pink Floyd's "Black Strat" guitar, which was played by member David Gilmour, has sold for a record-breaking amount.

The guitar was sold at Christie's auction for the Jim Irsay collection in New York on Thursday, March 12, for $14.55 million, according to the New York Times.

The sale made the guitar the most expensive ever sold, topping Kurt Cobain's $6 million Martin D-18E acoustic guitar in 2020.

Gilmour played the guitar for Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon in 1973, Wish You Were Here in 1975, Animals in 1977 and The Wall in 1979, according to Christies.com.

The guitar was first purchased by Irsay at Christie's in June 2019 for nearly $4 million, according to the auction webiste. At the time, Gilmour opened up Rolling Stone about selling the guitar.

"These guitars have been very good to me," he said to the outlet. "They're my friends. They have given me lots of music. I just think it's time that they went off and served someone else."

"For me, I can let go of it. It's going to bring a lot of people to have a look at this sale, and it's going to do that job. It's a lovely guitar," he continued. "It has been on pretty much all the Pink Floyd albums through the Seventies… it's on so much stuff, but Fender have made replica ones that they sell, and I have two or three of those that are absolutely perfect. One of those might be my future guitar of choice or even, horror of horror, maybe I'll even change the color."

The Irsay collection is being sold from March 3 to March 17 and "forms a chorus of cultural touchstones and chronicles one of the greatest collections of music, film and sports memorabilia and historic Americana ever assembled," according to the website.

"Meticulously compiled over decades by the late philanthropist, passionate music lover and owner and CEO of the Indianapolis Colts, a portion of the proceeds of these sales will be donated to philanthropic causes supported by Jim Irsay during his lifetime," the statement continued.

In addition to the Pink Floyd guitar, instruments featured in the auction also belonged to greats like all four Beatles, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Jery Garcia, Cobain, Elton John, Prince, Johnny Cash, Janis Joplin, John Coltrane and Miles Davis.

How do you define a thriller? Is there an element of mystery? Are there great surprises? Sequences of suspense? What about action?

The truth is there's no one way to define a thriller — at least not with me comfortable on the couch and the dictionary way across the room. But one thing that definitely is thrilling? Clicking over to the Paramount+ app and seeing how many great movies are available.

Netflix and HBO Max may get more of the attention, but Paramount+ has quietly offered an outstanding catalogue of great movies in every genre since the day it was born. (Transformed, like a caterpillar to a butterfly, from CBS All-Access, for those of you keeping records of streaming history.) But with so many great options out there, it can be a little overwhelming at times to determine what to watch tonight.

Luckily Entertainment Weekly is here for you, and ready to answer the question: What are the best thriller movies on Paramount+?

Basic Instinct (1992)

Sharon Stone manipulates a whole room full of probably lonely cops in 'Basic Instinct'Credit: Shutterstock

This essential, sleazeball classic stars Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone in the movie that catapulted her to the A-list. The San Francisco-set murder mystery positioned Stone as bisexual crime novelist Catherine Trammell, chief suspect in her boyfriend's murder. Nick Curran (Douglas) is the detective on the case who (rather unwisely) finds himself unable to resist her.

Dutch director Paul Verhoeven films the many moments of intimacy as lewdly as possible, which earned quite a bit of notoriety. A slew of terrific character actors like Wayne Knight, George Dzundza, James Rebhorn, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Mitch Pillegi round out the cast.

Fatal Attraction (1987)

More erotic thrillers with Michael Douglas! (It was kind of his thing back in the day.) Adrian Lyne's picture is less scuzzy than Basic Instinct (it was nominated for six Oscars, including Best Picture) but it's still essentially violent soap opera trash. (Not a diss.)

With his wife out of town, Dan Gallagher (Douglas) has a presumptive one-night stand with Alex Forrest (Glenn Close), who then goes bananas and demands his full attention. When he tries to give her the slip, she boils his family's pet rabbit and gets knife-happy. Interestingly enough, Fatal Attraction was so successful in frightening would-be philanderers, it ended all marital infidelity in the United States. Husbands have kept their zippers up ever since.

Gone Baby Gone (2007)

Casey Affleck tries to solve a tricky crime in 'Gone Baby Gone'Credit: Claire Folger

Ben Affleck's first go as a director, Gone Baby Gone follows a boyfriend/girlfriend private investigator team (Casey Affleck and Michelle Monaghan) hired to find the missing child of a deadbeat mom (an Oscar-nominated Amy Ryan). Their search leads them to a local drug lord and a galaxy of lowlifes, all of whom are hiding something.

As the investigation deepens, it becomes clear that the girl's disappearance has something to do with a long-held family secret, leading to ethical gray zones that challenge the investigators' moral principles. Titus Welliver, Amy Madigan, Ed Harris, and Morgan Freeman keep every scene in good hands.

The Hunt for Red October (1990)

Sean Connery and Alec Baldwin in 'The Hunt for Red October'Credit: Paramount/Courtesy Everett Collection

"We sail into history!" Sean Connery executed one of his best roles as a Soviet submarine commander who's either trying to defect to America or itching to start World War III. (Not much room for error there.) This was the first Jack Ryan film (and book). You may have forgotten it starred Alec Baldwin, before he became Jack Donaghy, and before Harrison Ford (then Ben Affleck, then Chris Pine, then John Krasinski) became Jack Ryan.

As with all submarine movies, there's a lot of silent cat-and-mouse maneuvering and underwater 3-D chess. John McTiernan also created a new way to shift from a foreign tongue to English without subtitles, simply by zooming in, then out, on Russian speakers. Everybody watching understood what was going on.

Red Eye (2005)

'Red Eye': Rachel McAdams waits in airport security in front of Cillian Murphy, who's probably super niceCredit: Gemma La Mana/Dreamworks

In one of the great B-pictures (compliment) from Wes Craven, Rachel McAdams stars as a hotel manager who gets embroiled in an assassination attempt on a late-night flight to Miami. (Once again, avoid Florida at all costs!) The fella in the seat next to her, a wonderfully sinister Cillian Murphy as Jackson Rippner (great name!), forces her to do his bidding, or else he'll have his people on the ground kill her father.

The hook is that a bigwig is staying at her hotel; thus, she can call and have him escorted to a specific spot. It sounds far-fetched, but it works. Will our gal outfox the professional assassin? You'll be on the edge of your upright seat!

The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999)

Though hardcore snobs swear by the French version starring Alain Delon from 1960, Purple Noon, Anthony Minghella's highly stylized production of Patricia Highsmith's psychological thriller, is one of the most beloved movies of the 1990s for a reason. Matt Damon stars as a slick con artist who (understandably!) becomes obsessed with a strapping young playboy played by Jude Law. Things get creepy, though, when he assumes his identity.

Philip Seymour Hoffman, Cate Blanchett, and Gwyneth Paltrow round out the cast in this gorgeous Italian-set film, which hardly maintains a "crime doesn't pay" lesson.

To Catch a Thief (1955)

A luxe production like The Talented Mr. Ripley certainly had predecessors like To Catch a Thief as guide posts. Alfred Hitchcock's elegant, breezy thriller stars Cary Grant as "The Cat," a notorious but retired thief, and Grace Kelly as a wealthy vacationer on the French Riviera. That the movie premiered just a year before the actress became a literal Princess in Monaco did not hurt the film's reputation.

The film contains both literal and figurative fireworks, a nail-biting opening jewel heist, a thrilling chase on seaside cliffs, and shots of Grant on a yacht (an image later parodied in Some Like It Hot). This is an all-time classic for a reason.

Witness (1985)

For many of us, everything we know about the Amish comes from Witness. Peter Weir's remarkable thriller concerns a Philadelphia detective (Harrison Ford, in his only Oscar-nominated performance) trying to protect a kid who witnesses a murder in the city.

While entrenched in the Amish community, Detective Book (Ford) kinda-sorta falls in love with the boy's mother (Kelly McGillis), a recent widow. Crime dramas routinely try to balance plot with a romance storyline, and you often find yourself waiting for the action to kick back in. This is one of the rare ones where the relationship stuff is just as, if not more, interesting.

Zodiac (2007)

One of the most nerve-wracking movies ever made, David Fincher's investigation into the eponymous killer isn't just a great thriller, it's a fascinating look at obsession. (If there's a moral here, it's that you shouldn't work too hard, it might drive you crazy, even if you're a detective or reporter.)

Zodiac features some of the most uncannily tense scenes ever put on screen, because it effectively gets inside the heads of people (Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo) who are slowly going mad. Plus it's got a great soundtrack and awesome period clothing. The film was notoriously snubbed of all Oscar nominations, which somehow feels like part of a wider conspiracy. Unless that's paranoid thinking?
