1000-lb Sisters star Amy Slaton married Brian Lovvorn last year in a hauntingly unforgettable Halloween wedding. Now, it's time for the couple's spooky ceremony to play out on the dramatic season 8 finale of TLC's hit series.
The highly-anticipated final episode is titled "Getting Mercinal Right Now." During the celebration, the family gathers to see Amy get married, but a surprising confrontation threatens to derail the celebration. Later, Amy and Brian's first dance doesn't go according to plan, and an unexpected person catches the bouquet.
"I'm ready to walk down this aisle and nothing better go wrong," Amy said during a confessional in Entertainment Tonight's first look at the episode. As a clip of sister Tammy Slaton entering the bridal suite played, Amy continued, "Oh Lord, what the f-ck's gonna happen now?"
Two days before the finale, Amy wrote on Instagram in part, "It's been a long journey getting here. Y'all have watched me through the ups, the downs, the laughs, the tears, and mama life with my boys. But standing there with Brian, surrounded by love and family… it truly felt like a dream come true."
She added, "Thank you to all the fans who have supported me through every chapter of my life. It means more than you know."
The finale premiers Tuesday, March 10, at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on TLC. The episode will be available to stream on HBO Max and Discovery+ the following day.
