On Instagram, the band revealed they will perform live on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026" on Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. Fans can catch the performance from the comfort of their homes or join the celebrations in New York City's Times Square.
This announcement puts Goo Goo Dolls alongside other big-name performers, including Mariah Carey, Post Malone, Demi Lovato, 50 Cent, Charlie Puth, OneRepublic, Pitbull and New Kids on the Block, who are also set to perform during the global broadcast.

The show, hosted by Ryan Seacrest with co-hosts Rita Ora in New York City, Chance the Rapper in Chicago and Rob Gronkowski with Julianne Hough from Las Vegas, promises a night of star-studded performances across multiple cities.
