Tyler James Williams knows how to juggle quite a few hats! In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in 10, the Abbott Elementary star, 32, opened up about directing his first episode of the Emmy Award-winning comedy, which airs on Feb. 5, and the unexpected challenges he faced with the job. "[It was] very difficult. I don't recommend it," he said of acting and directing at the same time. "It's a lot to split your brain, I think, and to focus on not only telling the story, but what your piece is to play in telling that story.
