Three young Massachusetts women who died at a Belize beach resort had fluid in their lungs - potentially indicating an overdose, local police have said. Wafae El Arar, 26, Imane Mallah, 24, and Kaoutar Naqqad, 23, were found dead in their hotel room on Saturday at the Royal Kahal Beach Resort after staff grew concerned when they weren't seen on Friday. Further tests still need to be conducted, but authorities have gathered initial evidence in their tragic deaths.
