A woman was filmed setting fire to the garden of her $1 million Los Angeles home shortly before she was shot dead by police. The unidentified arsonist was seen lighting tinder-dry vegetation in the front yard of the bungalow in Rosemead Thursday. She was filmed doing the same thing last month, close to her luxurious Lexus SUV, in a city where locals remain terrified of a devastating repeat of January's wildfires.
