Alfa Anderson, a vocalist known for her work with the iconic 1970s disco band Chic, has died. She was 78. Niles Rodgers, founder of Chic, shared the news in an Instagram post on Dec. 17. "RIP Alfa Anderson. CHIC Organization," he wrote in his caption. "Forever loved ❤️🙏🏽." A cause of death has not yet been revealed for the musician.
