Donald Trump took audio issues into his own hands Friday night and opted to hold the microphone for his hourlong speech, channeling his inner stand-up comedian during the event. After the audience began cheering that they could not hear the ex-president just minutes into his speech, Trump ripped the microphone from the stand and began improvising. 'The mic is terrible ... I think this mic stinks.' Ten minutes later he riffed on the equipment again: 'I've never held a microphone up so long in my damn life.
