A New York City police officer has delivered blunt testimony during the first day of Marine veteran Daniel Penny's manslaughter trial where he described how he believed homeless man Jordan Neely to be a 'dirty drug user'. NYPD Sergeant Carl Johnson was among the first witnesses to give during the trial which got underway on Friday. Sergeant Johnson testified that none of his team performed mouth-to-mouth on Neely because he was a 'drug user'.
