Morris gifted Margo an American Girl Doll for her birthday
But in a now-viral TikTok, Margo prefers to play with her mom's pads, calling them "mommy diapers"
Avery Morris was so excited to gift her daughter an American Girl Doll for her birthday. But on the actual day, her daughter only wanted to play with one of her pads.
In a now-viral video shared to TikTok, the Atlanta-based mom, 24, captured her daughter Margo, 2, playing with several of her pads, which she'd gotten out of a plastic bag.
Margo could be seen covered in the pads, which were stuck to her fuzzy jacket. She rubbed them on the ground and played with the outer packaging while Morris filmed her.
"Today is her second birthday. I got her an American Girl Doll but she'd rather play with her 'purse of mommies diapers,' " Morris wrote over the video.

Now, Morris tells PEOPLE how she and her husband Gabe, 26, celebrated their daughter's birthday this year — and which American Girl Doll she gifted to her little one.
"We had a 'Bagels for Two' brunch party! We had lattes named after her and a bagel bar. It's on Valentine's Day, so it was Valentine's themed," explains the mom.
"The doll I gave her was actually my doll when I was little! In the early 2000s they made 'Lookalike Dolls' so you could get a doll that looked like you," Morris says. "So that's what I gave her! The doll is way tanner than her, though. I sent it to the doll hospital to get refurbished. It was missing hands, and the hair was crazy, but they fixed her up."

Morris says her daughter discovered her pads in the "mommy bag" and adds that her husband was the one who taught her the phrase "mommy diapers."
"She was playing with them like stickers and saying how beautiful she looked with them on," she shares. "Honestly, I laughed and thought it was cute. She has one that she sleeps with now."
