The actress, 53, who is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, posted a health update on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
"Not everyone realizes how stressful cancer recovery is," she wrote across a video of herself dancing in her car. "Every month there are blood tests and then you go in to get those results. Every. Single. Month."
She continued, "So that changes your life going forward. Today my tests were clear and my white blood cell count was up without those damn blood injections and I am in my car rocking out and celebrating! Let's go!!!!" Eggert added a series of emojis to the caption, including a party popper and a woman dancing.

In the video, Eggert smiled and nodded her head as she sang along to Missy Elliot's 2002 song "Work It."
The Baywatch alum's post comes after she opened up about what her body had gone through during treatment.
"Some days I freak out on what my body has gone thru," she wrote alongside a selfie last month. "And then I remember how she showed up for me. And keeps showing up for me."
Eggert continued, "So I put all my faith in her hands. She's got this 🤍."
The Charles in Charge alum was diagnosed with stage 2 cribriform carcinoma breast cancer in early December 2023. She first shared her diagnosis with PEOPLE the following month.
Eggert then underwent a long-awaited mastectomy and breast reconstruction in August 2025.
Speaking after her second mastectomy in September, Eggert said, "I feel really good," in an interview with the New York Post.
"I just had my second mastectomy, and I had reconstruction, and my pathology reports came back clear," she continued. "I get to wear really small bras, and I'm really happy with my boobs."
Back in January, she told PEOPLE of her cancer, "I have panics where I'm like, just get this out of me. You sit there and it's in you and you're like, every second that passes and it's inside of me. It's growing, and you're just like, you just want it out."

Eggert revealed that her mother and daughters Dilyn, 27, and Keegan, 14, have been a source of strength for her. (Eggert shares Dilyn with ex Justin Herwick, while she Keegan has not revealed the identity of Keegan's father.)
"Dilyn's an adult, so I just had a very honest, open conversation with her about it," Eggert previously told PEOPLE, adding that it was more difficult to tell her younger daughter.
"The look on her face when I told her it was cancer ... it just ... my world shattered. I knew I couldn't leave that little girl without me," she said of Keegan, who shaved her mom's head before she started chemotherapy. "So it became very clear in that moment that I had to fight this and win."
They have "absolutely been my strength through all of this," she told PEOPLE of her daughters. "I really wouldn't have been able to do it without them."
