Theresa Caputo is a grandma again! On Tuesday, March 4, the Long Island Medium star, 57, announced on Instagram that her family has grown by one more as her daughter Victoria, 30, and her husband Michael Mastrandrea welcomed their second baby together, daughter Meadow Skye. In the Reel, Caputo shared a sweet family photo as she bent over, helping to hold her new baby grandchild. She also included clips of her granddaughter, who was snuggled in a pink blanket with her name on it.
