A health and wellness company is suing Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving, claiming the point guard stiffed it out of nearly $400,000. A lawsuit was filed by Elite Mind Solutions on Monday in New York and acquired by TMZ Sports not long after. The plaintiffs allege that Irving hired them and their high-profile therapist, Natasha McCartney, in the spring for a retreat he organized for friends and family from June 28 to July 2.
