A plastic surgeon who went viral for dancing during surgeries before losing her license over leaving a patient in a vegetative state has created a new identity to open a new clinic in Texas. Atlanta-based Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte's license was suspended in 2018 after being accused by a slew patients of botching their surgeries and leaving them with lifelong damage. Years later, Boutte decided to rejoin the medical community by changing her name to Catherine Davis and working at the Eden Medical Spa in Austin, with no mention of her murky past.
