The mother of a Michigan 16-year-old has to spend thousands of dollars on specialty shoes for her gargantuan son, who holds the world record for having the largest hands and feet of a living teenager. Eric Kilburn Jr., whose feet measure 13.5 inches, currently wears US size 23 shoes while his hands measure 9.13 inches, according to Guinness World Records. The teen's size easily surpasses that of the average for an adult male, which is a size 9 shoe and a hand length of 7.
