The Los Angeles Police Department is still actively looking for the driver who carelessly struck a 63-year-old woman, leaving her with severe injuries. The hit-and-run collision happened on September 6 just before 6 pm in Sherman Oaks, a suburban neighborhood in northwest Los Angeles, according to a release from the LAPD's Valley Traffic Division. Video released by police showed a black Hyundai sedan traveling west on Ventura Blvd and making a left onto Costello Avenue.
