Margot Robbie's *Ocean's Eleven *prequel has lost another ringleader.

* *has confirmed that Lee Isaac Chung, who stepped in for Jay Roach, Warner Bros. original pick when the project was announced in 2022, has now followed the *Austin Powers *director in departing the film.

"This is an amicable split due to creative differences," a spokesperson for the studio told EW on Wednesday.

In a joint statement, Warner Bros. and LuckyChap, Robbie's production company, noted, "Lee Isaac is a singular filmmaking talent whose vision and partnership have been invaluable to Warner Bros. and LuckyChap throughout this journey. Our experience with him has only deepened our enthusiasm to collaborate on future projects together."

Robbie's grand scheme for the heist franchise kicked off by Steven Soderbergh, George Clooney, and Warners in 2001 (itself a remake of the 1960 film starring "Rat Pack" members Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr.) originally had Roach lined up to direct and *The Good Fight*'s Carrie Solomon on the screenplay.

Months after that announcement, Ryan Gosling entered talks to re-team with his *Barbie *costar in the cast. Roach was out by July 2025, when Chung was reported to have entered his own round of talks to board the film as director, and then Bradley Cooper became the prime candidate to star opposite Robbie.

Clooney, meanwhile, has indicated that a new sequel in the *Ocean's *franchise has a "great script" in the works, and even had its "budget approved at Warner Bros."

Though his *Ocean's *sequel does not yet have an official title, it does boast Soderbergh back in the director's chair, and original stars like Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, and Julia Roberts back in the cast.

Chung wrote and directed three films before his big breakout in 2020 with *Minari*. Starring Steven Yeun, the family drama racked up six Academy Award nominations and one win, for supporting actress Youn Yuh-jung. He made his first move into the franchise space in 2024 with the disaster sequel *Twisters*.

Roach, meanwhile, has directed 12 films, including the entire, highly profitable *Austin Powers *franchise. While he generally shepherds a new project into the world every two to three years, it wasn't until six years after the release of the political drama *Bombshell*, and three after he signed on to direct the *Ocean's *prequel, that he released his latest film, the black comedy *The Roses*.

Accio, next topic!

As *Harry Potter *actor Daniel Radcliffe joined* The View* Thursday for an interview about his role in the new NBC comedy *The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins*, the superstar cringed when the show cued up a clip of one of his early auditions to play the boy wizard.**

"Soon, [your son is] going to realize that his dad is Harry Potter, because it's been 25 years since you starred in the first *Harry Potter* movie," cohost Sunny Hostin said, after the actor discussed his recent reveal that his child isn't aware that his father led eight* Harry Potter* films in the titular role.

"You were 11 years old when you auditioned for the role. Of course, this is *The View*, so we have a clip," Hostin continued. The program then shifted to a split-screen display to show Radcliffe as he watched his audition.

Throughout the footage, Radcliffe could be seen mouthing "it's bad," shaking his head, and ultimately leaning to the side as he cringed.

Still, the audience applauded when the clip ended, with Hostin praising, "That is so good!"

"I disagree, but thank you very much," Radcliffe replied. "Now I can look at that and be like, it's cute."

EGOT-winning actress and *The View* moderator Whoopi Goldberg then reminded him of his own talent as she praised his performance as well.

"You evolved it. You went from that, which, in spite of what you think, it's really good, which is why you got the gig. But you've evolved, and that's the beautiful thing," Goldberg said.

Panelist Joy Behar turned toward Radcliffe to ask how he'd feel if, after being a child star himself, his 2-year-old son (whom he shares with actress Erin Darke) wanted to be an actor.

"I would rather he isn't. Me and Erin are both actors, so he'll see us being passionate and loving our jobs," Radcliffe responded. "I feel like a lot of actors, so much of how we feel about ourselves is tied into our work. I'd love for him to get a job where his sense of identity and self-worth is not as tied to that."

Despite his comments about acting as a child, Radcliffe found massive global success as he fronted eight *Harry Potter* blockbusters from 2001-11.**

- Netflix's *The Night Agent *has been renewed for season 4.

- Gabriel Basso is expected to reprise his role as Peter Sutherland.

- Filming will take place in Los Angeles.

Danger, secrets, and nonstop action — *The Night Agent** *has it all.

Netflix's hit spy thriller stars Gabriel Basso as Peter Sutherland, an FBI agent who's now operates in the shadows as, well, a night agent. Each season, he's drawn into a massive conspiracy he must stop before disaster strikes.

Season 3 premiered on Thursday, Feb. 19, and while fans are gearing up to binge Peter's next mission, the big question is whether he'll return for a fourth season. Here's everything we know so far about *The Night Agent *season 4.

Will there be a season 4 of The Night Agent?

*The Night Agent *is returning for a fourth season. Netflix confirmed the renewal two weeks after the season 3 premiere, which racked up 13.9 million views in its first four days on the streamer.

"It's been a wild ride filming *The Night Agent* in five countries across three continents to this point and we're so thrilled that the adventures of Peter Sutherland will continue into season 4," showrunner Shawn Ryan said in a statement. "Our writers, our cast and our crew stand ready to answer the call to bring our incredible fans even more twists, turns and thrills."

The renewal comes after Ryan told *Deadline** *that development on season 4 has been underway for some time.

"A while ago, in calendar year 2025, they did quietly pick up a writers room," he explained, adding that the team was in the "story-breaking, script-writing phase."

What is *The Night Agent *season 4 about?

An official synopsis for *The Night Agent *season 4 has yet to be revealed, but fans can expect to see Peter take on a new assignment, uncovering more criminal schemes and encountering both new allies and foes along the way.

Who's in the cast of *The Night Agent *season 4?

Fola Evans-Akingbola as Chelsea Arrington on 'The Night Agent'

Christopher Saunders/Netflix

We can't picture *The Night Agent *without Basso, so he's almost certainly reprising his role as Peter Sutherland in season 4. Since the beginning, he's been leading a mostly new cast each season, which is exactly how Ryan envisioned the series.

"What I had pitched to Netflix from the very beginning is that these will be different stories, oftentimes in different places, and that not a lot of characters will port over from one season to another," the showrunner previously told *TVLine*.

Fola Evans-Akingbola will also likely be back as Secret Service agent Chelsea Arrington, but the rest of the cast is still up in the air.

As for Luciane Buchanan, who played tech genius Rose Larkin in the first two seasons, her future on the show is uncertain. She announced her departure in September 2025, but also hinted at a potential return down the line.

"I won't be returning to Season 3 of *The Night Agent*," she told *Deadline*. "As much as that show has been so amazing, especially for my career … the writers decided that they wanted to follow Peter and his journey based on what happened at the end of Season 2. And so, we don't get to see what happens to Rose, but I think it's a really exciting time for the show, and who knows, it's not a goodbye forever."

When does *The Night Agent *season 4 come out?

Gabriel Basso as Peter Sutherland and Suraj Sharma as Jay Batra on 'The Night Agent'

Sarah Shatz/Netflix

There's no word on a release date yet, but Ryan has said he would like to get new seasons on the streamer quickly. *The Night Agent *will likely still follow an annual schedule with 10 episodes, meaning viewers won't have to wait long between seasons 3 and 4.

"This cadence is easy," Ryan told *Deadline*. "Compared to all the network stuff I did back in the day, you would have just finished making 22 episodes and before you're even done doing post on that final episode, the writers room is starting up for the next season. When I was doing *The Shield *and *The Unit*, I think I made something like 44 episodes of TV in a calendar year. So this is nothing compared to that."

Where can I watch The Night Agent?

*The Night Agent *is available to stream on Netflix.

Tyla delivered a major fashion moment during Paris Fashion Week. She stepped out in a look that brought back one of fashion's most iconic silhouettes. The singer wore a dramatic Jean-Paul Gaultier dress featuring the brand's signature cone bra design. The navy blue dress featured a structured corset-style bodice with sharply defined cone cups, a design famously introduced by Jean-Paul Gaultier in the late 1980s and widely recognized throughout the 1990s. The sculptural bodice hugged Tyla's frame and cinched her waist, creating a striking hourglass silhouette. From the fitted bodice, the dress flowed into a softly gathered midi-length skirt that added movement and balance to the structured top half.

Crafted in sleek fabric, the dress blended elegance with Gaultier's signature edge. The structured bustier highlighted the archival cone bra shape, while the flowing skirt softened the overall look.

Tyla styled the look with simple black pointed heels and a white lace choker that complemented the dramatic construction of the dress. She also wore simple white silver hoop earrings that tied the entire look together. Her looks complemented the outfit with loose, voluminous waves, glowing skin, and glossy lips. Thus adding a softness that balanced the bold silhouette.

Photos shared on Tyla's Instagram captured both the final look and behind-the-scenes moments from the evening, showing the singer preparing for the show and posing in the dress from multiple angles. In the caption, she thanked Jean-Paul Gaultier and the #APOP team, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to wear the archival-inspired piece.

By embracing the iconic cone bra silhouette, Tyla delivered a modern yet nostalgic fashion moment. She proved that the designer, Jean-Paul Gaultier's daring designs remain just as powerful on today's red carpets as they were decades ago.

Controversial conservative personality Elisabeth Hasselbeck is closing out her week-long stint back at *The View*'s Hot Topics table with a roar.

Amid her guest cohosting gig, the 48-year-old *Survivor* alum admitted that wrangling nature's most ferocious wildlife on the CBS reality competition series helped her prepare for *The View*.

On an episode of the talk-show's companion podcast, *Behind the Table*, Hasselbeck told *View* producer Brian Teta that *Survivor* "provided great training ground" for her as a young woman, after she first competed on the series' second season in 2001.

"What better preparation [for *The View*] than 39 out of 41 days in the Australian outback, with nine out of the 10 deadliest snakes?" Hasselbeck said with a laugh. "The prep that you'll need to get at the table of *The View* and debate Hot Topics every day for 10 years? I think *Survivor* did me well for that."

Before the late Barbara Walters hired Hasselbeck for *The View *(a job she held from 2003-2013),* *she worked at E! as a host on the series *The Look for Less *— the audition process for which served as a particular point of embarrassment for the star.

"They asked me to bring my portfolio and my book [to the audition], so I brought *Letters to Clementine*, Winston Churchill's book," Hasselbeck said. "[They also asked me to bring] my portfolio of drawings. But, they meant photos of me. I was like, 'I don't have that!' They laughed at me. I remember sitting there and being like, 'Oh, I clearly don't belong here.'"

Hasselbeck's return to *The View* made headlines throughout the week. She and Joy Behar failed to address past drama, and as the Republican voice on the panel, Hasselbeck injected spicy energy into Hot Topics debates.

In addition to clashing with Sunny Hostin over voting for Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, Hasselbeck also raised eyebrows for comparing protective COVID masks to those worn by ICE agents to conceal their identities during immigration raids.

Elsewhere on *Behind the Table*, Hasselbeck also revealed why she'll never return to *Survivor** *despite the show's team repeatedly asking her to film another season.

"Solid no. *Solid* no, every single time," Hasselbeck explained of the answer she gives each time they come around.

She later elaborated, citing her family with NFL quarterback-turned-ESPN analyst Tim Hasselbeck as the main thing holding her back from *Survivor*: "I don't think I could leave the kids. I barely want to miss a [sports] game today that I know is going on."

*The View* airs weekdays on ABC.

Ex-Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who is currently residing at Sandringham Estate, will move to Marsh Farm home soon. Reports suggest that the former prince, who is used to having a lavish life, will be accompanied by only a chef and a valet at his new residence. Amid this, sources say that the royal staff has to "draw straws" to decide who will serve him.

Staff reluctant to work for Ex-Prince Andrew, draw straws to decide, says source

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor moved to Sandringham Estate after he was asked to vacate the Royal Lodge on King Charles' orders. However, he moved there temporarily, as renovations are currently going on at his new home at Marsh Farm. Radar Online reports that the royal staff are apparently drawing straws to decide who would serve the former Duke of York. In fact, no one wants the job.

Earlier, too, it was reported that his staff was reluctant to address him as "Sir." A source familiar with the situation said that since Andrew has lost his titles, him ordering his staff to call him "Sir" is an egoistic move.

Another source added that the staff wasn't clear as to how to address him after his titles were removed. However, clear rules have been laid now that he will be called "Sir" and nothing more, explains the source.

Insiders share that Andrew will now be supported by just two staff members, including a chef and a valet. Notably, he has been accustomed to a lavish life at Royal Lodge. A source claims that the royal staff is uncomfortable being assigned to Andrew's reduced household, as they, too, are used to defined hierarchies.

Moreover, being assigned to Andrew, who has been involved in controversies recently, carries some "reputational sensitivity." The source added that the staff showed "reluctance" when it was asked who would serve him at Marsh Farm.

It's been over 20 years since Jill Scott released her debut album, and as the Grammy winner celebrates her first new album in a decade, she's reflecting on the journey that began when she started in the music industry back in her 20s.

"I had somebody tell me in the beginning of my career that if I didn't lose weight, or if I didn't straighten my hair or whatever, that I'd never sell any records," Scott told PEOPLE in an interview published Friday. "That sucked, but luckily I didn't listen to them and decided to just continue to be myself."

Being herself was exactly what the North Philly native needed, leading to a double-platinum debut that was ranked No. 70 on *Slant Magazine*'s list of "The 100 Best Albums of the 2000s" in 2010, and 25 million records sold since then.

"My mother and I had a rough go of it in the beginning... We were in a community where you would hear gunshots on a regular basis. There was a summer when I lost a lot of friends, young men that I knew. My mother taught me to keep looking for beauty no matter what. I just kept finding a reason to believe in myself, to have some joy and create joy around me," Scott said of where she built up the self-empowerment and optimism her music is well-known for.

"I love the possibility of becoming someone outside myself for a time... I needed time to be with my family, raise my kid to the best of my ability," Scott told the outlet of her musical hiatus. "I'm in the middle of menopause right now. I'm different in ways that I didn't intend on being different, but I'm here, and I love what I do. It's a thrill and a privilege."

To finally have the album out after over a decade and in her fans' hands, leaves Scott "relieved" she admitted. "My baby's outside, and people are responding to it in beautiful ways and actually listening, which gives me the greatest joy," she added.

- Timothée Chalamet drew criticism for suggesting that ballet and opera are disciplines that "no one cares about."

- The Metropolitan Opera posted a video highlighting the talents of the opera community with the caption "This one's for you, @tchalamet."

- Numerous actors shared their support in the Met Opera's comment section, including Sarah Hyland, Laura Benanti, and Jack Falahee.

The Metropolitan Opera is not pleased with Timothée Chalamet.

The official Instagram account for the storied institution responded to the *Marty Supreme* star's controversial comment suggesting that opera and ballet are disciplines that "no one cares about."

The Met Opera account posted a video highlighting the craftsmanship of set decorators, musicians, costumers, and more theatrical technicians on Thursday with the caption, "This one's for you, @tchalamet… 👀."

The video also included text on screen paraphrasing Chalamet's remark: "All respect to the opera (and ballet) people out there."

Chalamet drew criticism for a comment he made about ballet and opera during a CNN/*Variety* town hall interview with Matthew McConaughey, in which the *Call Me by Your Name* actor discussed the possibility of theatrical moviegoing becoming a more niche medium of entertainment that is in constant need of salvation.

"I've done it myself — go on a talk show and go, 'Hey, we gotta keep movie theaters alive. You know, we gotta keep this genre alive,'" he said. "And another part of me feels like, if people wanna see it, like *Barbie*, like *Oppenheimer*, they're gonna go see it and go out of their way to be loud and proud about it."

He continued, "And I don't wanna be working in ballet or opera, or, you know, things where it's like, 'Hey, keep this thing alive,' even though it's like, no one cares about this anymore."

Chalamet — whose mother, Nicole Flender, was a professional dancer who performed with the New York City Ballet — seemed to immediately recognize the impact of his words.

"All respect to the ballet and opera people out there," he said. "I just lost 14 cents in viewership. I just took shots for no reason."

The Met Opera's post received several supportive comments from theatrical performers, including the Tony-winning *Gypsy* actress Laura Benanti, who wrote, "He's gonna be singing a different tune when the live arts are all that's left after AI takes over. Oh wait. He's above singing a tune."

Meanwhile, *How to Get Away With Murder* star Jack Falahee praised the Met's recent production of *The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay*. "I took myself to see Kavalier and Clay for my birthday a couple weeks ago. it absolutely rocked. bravo everyone!" he commented.

The Met Opera wasn't the only institution to respond to Chalamet's comment. London's Royal Ballet and Opera also posted a similar video highlighting its artists, which began with an audio clip of Chalamet's controversial remark before cutting to roaring audiences alongside text on screen saying, "We care."

The Royal Ballet and Opera also directly addressed Chalamet in the caption of its video. "Every night at the Royal Opera House, thousands of people gather for ballet and opera," the institution wrote. "For the music. For the storytelling. For the sheer magic of live performance. If you'd like to reconsider, @tchalamet, our doors are open."

12 songs from the '80s that have aged really badly

Ah, the 1980s, a decade known for its catchy tunes, very large shoulder pads, and poorly-aged lyrics. It's one thing to put on your legwarmers and play music from that decade while you aerobicize, but have you read the lyrics to some of these songs?

Just like any other decade, the 1980s produced its share of questionable content, and now that it's 40 years behind us, much of that content has only become more objectionable. Here's our list of songs from the 1980s that only seem like innocent fun if you ignore the lyrics.

1. 'Turning Japanese' by The Vapors (1980)

When "Turning Japanese" came out in 1980, some people found it offensive because they believed the song was about touching one's private area. They were wrong – it's offensive for its depictions of Asian culture, right down to the use of fake Asian musical motifs that date back to 1930s Charlie Chan movies. And Charlie Chan was supposed to be Chinese, not Japanese.

2. 'Seventeen' by Winger (1988)

For some reason, male rock musicians over the last 60-plus years have uniformly decided to write songs about underage girls, specifically those who are seventeen. The glam metal band Winger got into the act with their biggest hit song, 1988's "Seventeen," which features the couplet, "She's only seventeen, Daddy says she's too young, but she's old enough for me." In 2008, Kip Winger said that when he wrote the song, he didn't know that seventeen was underage.

3. 'Dude (Looks Like a Lady)' by Aerosmith (1987)

The Aerosmith song "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" had its genesis when singer Steven Tyler came up from behind an attractive blonde woman at a nightclub to possibly parlay it into a romantic encounter, only to find out that it was actually Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil. Desmond Child, who co-wrote the song with the band, said that the lyrics are accepting of the trans community, thanks to the line, "Never judge a book by its cover, or who you're going to love by your lover." However, in this age of greater acceptance and empathy for the trans community, a lot of people will never even get past the song title.

4. 'We Didn't Start the Fire' by Billy Joel (1989)

Lyrics don't have to be inappropriate to be offensive. Sometimes, they can offend due to repetition, self-righteous preachiness, and a stubborn refusal to take responsibility for the failures of one's own generation. This is the fate that befell the deeply annoying Billy Joel song, "We Didn't Start the Fire," which is pretty much a list of grievances filed on behalf of the Baby Boom generation that amounts to "The state of the world is not our fault, and we're not going to do anything about it either." OK, Boomer.

5. 'Parents Just Don't Understand' by DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince (1988)

The Fresh Prince – better known today as Will Smith – spends the entirety of this song listing the many travails he must endure as a teenager with authoritarian parents who commit such unforgivable crimes as buying him the wrong sneakers. While that's annoying enough on its own, he also absconds with his parents' Porsche and picks up a girl with a ravenous carnal appetite, but she turns out to be twelve years old. He laments that he will likely be grounded for the crime, but maybe he can cheer himself up by slapping a stand-up comedian since that seems to have some therapeutic value for him.

6. 'Girls' by Beastie Boys (1986)

This song was deeply problematic when it was released, and it's only aged more and more badly as the decades have ticked by. It's basically a list of household chores that the band members believe should be performed by members of the titular gender, and it's as misogynistic as it sounds. How this group ended up being the darlings of woke hipsters is a mystery science has yet to solve.

7. 'Illegal Alien' by Genesis (1983)

Just like "Girls," this song was already problematic the day it was released, and it's been aging like expired mayonnaise ever since then. Some of the lyrics describe the trials and tribulations that undocumented workers must endure as they seek a path to citizenship, but Phil Collins sings the entire song in a fake Mexican accent stolen from the Frito Bandito, which makes any of the song's redeeming values evaporate instantly.

8. 'All in the Name of … ' by Mötley Crüe (1987)

In the 1980s, no one listened to hair metal for the lyrics, and those who did would have found some nastiness included therein. While Winger would extol the virtues of courting seventeen-year-olds, Mötley Crüe must have found girls that age to be already too old and shriveled for them, which may have led them to write the couplet, "She's only fifteen… you say illegal, I say legal's never been my scene."

9. 'I Want Action' by Poison (1987)

To their fans, the music of Poison is goofy fun. To their detractors, the music is moronic garbage. Having said that, both sides can probably agree that "I Want Action" has significant ick factor, thanks in part to the lyrics, which depict nonconsensual relations as just boys being boys. The most offensive lyric is, "If I can't have her, I'll take her and make her," which is hard to see in any kind of positive light.

10. 'Eat Me Alive' by Judas Priest (1984)

"Eat Me Alive" is not just your everyday offensive 80s metal song. Tipper Gore and the Parents Music Resource Center singled the song out as particularly objectionable, with Gore saying the song was about forcing someone at gunpoint to, you know… eat you alive, cough cough. While she was indeed correct that that's precisely what the song is about, the band insisted that it was all in good fun, and while it might offend some 40 years later, there has been way worse stuff released since then by countless bands.

11. 'Let Me Put My Love Into You' by AC/DC (1980)

From the title of this song alone, it's clear that the members of AC/DC were not looking to brand themselves as allies of the feminist movement. Most of their songs were kind of similar to this one, as they were big, stupid songs about bawdy topics, but this one went the extra step of saying consent was not necessary, as typified by the lyrics, "Don't you struggle, don't you fight, don't you worry 'cause it's your turn tonight." They make it sound like the intended victim in the song has won something on "The Price Is Right."

12. 'Into the Night' by Benny Mardones (1980)

Offensive lyrics from the 1980s weren't limited just to heavy metal bands. Even soft rock artists got into the act, including Benny Mardones, whose 1980 song "Into the Night" depicts the love of a man who's obsessed with a sixteen-year-old girl and wants to show her "a love like you've never seen." The song even mentions well-intended parties telling Mardones to "leave her alone," so unlike Kip Winger, he can't feign ignorance about the song's topic.

Wrap up

Looking back at this list, a few things become clear. The 1980s were not a golden age of lyrical sensitivity, and we were apparently too busy doing the running man to notice what was actually being sung at us. Some of these songs are merely dated; others were indefensible the day they were recorded, and the charts rewarded them anyway. The musicians themselves often seem to understand this now. Kip Winger has been known to change "seventeen" to "thirty-five" in concert, and Phil Collins almost certainly wishes Genesis had stopped at track two. The legwarmers were great. Some of the lyrics, not so much.
