The girlfriend of Miller Gardner, the 14-year-old son of ex-Yankees star Brett Gardner, has posted a heartbreaking goodbye following his death. The teen is reportedly believed to have died of asphyxiation, following 'a possible intoxication after apparently ingesting some food,' officials in Costa Rica told NBC News. Authorities are investigating the tragedy, which Gardner and his wife Jessica said left them with 'so many questions'. The family announced the awful news over the weekend, explaining that their son had fallen ill 'along with several other family members'.
