A second fire has ignited in southern California, forcing even more evacuations in one of California's ritziest neighborhoods. Some 30,000 residents in Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas are now under mandatory evacuation orders, amid warnings there is an immediate threat to their lives. Conditions were only expected to get worse overnight, as a second wildfire ignited in Altadena - threatening evacuations in Pasadena. Already, homes have been razed throughout celebrity enclave Pacific Palisades as the fire rapidly spreads throughout Southern California.
