Suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO shooter Luigi Mangione's lawyer expects his client to plead not guilty for his New York murder charge after an action-packed day in court. Mangione, 26, who comes from a wealthy Maryland family, has been charged with second degree murder, after Brian Thompson, 50, was assassinated on a New York City street early on the morning of December 4. He made his first court appearance after being charged with murder on Tuesday - pouting as he was escorted out of the hearing, after suffering a ferocious public meltdown hours earlier.
