A Texas city has been rocked by mysterious graffiti that have sparked fears of kidnappings among residents. Graffiti tags with messages such as 'I am being held against my will' have appeared across Galveston, sparking fears among locals who are begging cops to investigate. Other messages read 'My wife and kids are held here,' 'Child videos here' and 'I'm being sold here.' The graffiti was found over the weekend along 19th, 20th, and 21 street.
