Chris Zylka is facing felony charges and a warrant is out for his arrest after a violent interaction with police in Ohio. Zylka, who is perhaps best known for his 11-month engagement to Paris Hilton in 2018, was in the middle of a busy road in Warren, Ohio on Dec. 4 and made various attempts to get in people's cars when police were called to the scene, according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE.
