Charlamagne Tha God has ripped into Joe Biden over reports he could offer pre-emptive pardons to political figures he believes may face the wrath of the incoming Trump administration. Last week, rumors swirled that among those being discussed for blanket pardons are former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney, Sen.-elect Adam Schiff and Dr. Anthony Fauci. And Bill Clinton on Wednesday said he was willing to talk to Biden about a presumptive pardon for wife Hillary Clinton in case President-elect Donald Trump would finally try to make good on his promise to 'lock her up.
