Communication is key for Sofia Richie Grainge and her baby daughter Eloise. While appearing on the Thursday, Nov. 14 episode of the Therapuss podcast, the model, 26, sat down with host Jake Shane, 25, and the pair discussed Sofia's new role as a mom to daughter Eloise, 5 months, whom she shares with husband Elliot Grainge. Shane even revealed that the baby girl has a "little baby phone" of her own, as he recalled a text conversation between himself and Eloise.
