After mentoring Justin Bieber as a 13-year-old just starting his music career, Usher is now reacting to the birth of Bieber's first baby, Jack Blues. In an interview with E! News, the R B superstar shared that he's "very, very happy" for Justin and his wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber, after the couple announced the birth of their baby on Aug. 23. The "OMG" singer then gave some advice for the newly-minted parents.
