Peter Renaday, the voice actor best known as Master Splinter on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, is dead. He was 89. His death was confirmed to PEOPLE by his agent. TMZ reports that law enforcement officials did a welfare check at his Burbank home on Sunday and found him dead inside. His niece, Mindy Zachary, told the outlet that his air conditioning had been out and that his family feels his death doesn't need further investigation.
