Nikki Garcia has asked for sole legal and physical custody of the son she shares with estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev in her divorce filing - after his domestic violence arrest. Chigvintsev, 42, was taken into custody for allegedly attacking her at their Napa, California, home on the morning of Thursday, August 29 - and the former WWE star, 40, filed to dissolve the marriage on Wednesday at the Superior Court of Napa.
