Madonna unveiled a new outfit at the Dolce Gabbana afterparty shortly after sitting front row at the fashion brand's Milan Fashion Week show. The "Like a Prayer" singer, 66, pulled out all the stops for the Dolce Gabbana bash on Saturday, Sept. 21, wearing a daring, black-and-white ensemble and statement accessories. She sported a black bodysuit covered by a white bodycon dress, layered with a black lace corset and fluffy scarf.
