Failed Trump 'assassin' Ryan Routh has been charged with dozens of offenses during a lifetime of petty crime – but doesn't appear to have spent a single day behind bars. The 58-year-old misfit has been arrested for everything from felony larceny, to a hit and run, and brandishing a weapon of mass destruction, in his case a machine gun, DailyMail.com can reveal. And yet time and time again, state records in his native North Carolina reveal he's escaped with probation or had his charges dismissed.
