Why Isn't '9-1-1' Airing Tonight?
Fans were grief-stricken after last week's two-part special episode of 9-1-1 ended with a shocking sacrifice-but they will have to wait an extra week to see the aftermath. Captain Bobby Nash (Peter Krause), the lead character of the Ryan Murphy-produced drama about emergency responders, gave his only chance for survival to fellow firefighter Howard "Chimney" Han (Kenneth Choi). Already infected with a deadly virus, Bobby gave Chimney the vaccine and succumbed to his illness, leaving his wife Athena (Angela Bassett) to grieve the loss with the rest of the first responders.
