Valerie Bertinelli's ex Mike Goodnough is once again speaking out about their past relationship—just days after deleting an Instagram post in which he criticized the actress for publicly discussing their breakup. Bertinelli, 64, dated the 54-year-old lifestyle writer for 10 months, from March to November 2024. Although their relationship ended months ago, Goodnough has continued to comment on it via social media. Earlier this month, he posted on Instagram to say he wasn't engaging in a 'war of words' with his ex, though he also accused her of making 'hostile, dishonest, and uncalled-for backhanded swipes.
