Lydia McLaughlin has been left 'devastated' after her brother Geoffrey Shyam Stirling was fatally shot by police during a traffic stop on Thursday night in Newport Beach. Stirling, 45, had been riding a motorcycle along Pacific Coast Highway when he was pulled over by officers, law enforcement informed TMZ in an article published on Friday. Sources claimed to the outlet that Geoffrey had been 'uncooperative' and was shot by one of the cops on the scene.
